My impressionistic version of the cover of "The Magic of Medora," a book I wrote and illustrated with the help of my nine grandchildren. Written in Theodore Roosevelt's voice, the book is a colorful accounting of the past, present and future of Medora, ND, our state's #1 tourist attraction and the future site of the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library.

I have been an artist since I was a little girl growing up in central North Dakota. My artistic pursuits of drawing, painting, writing, and singing have brought me great joy throughout my life. Hours fly by when you can lose yourself in doing something you love!
